Collection: Trauma Work & The Inner Child

The idea behind attachment & inherited family trauma is rooted in the understanding that traumatic experiences can leave a lasting imprint on individuals, altering their brain chemistry, stress response systems, and overall worldview. When these experiences are not adequately addressed or resolved, they can be transmitted across generations, influencing the experiences and behaviors of descendants who may not have directly experienced the original trauma.

Unresolved trauma within a family system can continue to exert influence across generations until it is acknowledged and healed. This method, which I use in my coaching sessions, involves exploring family histories, identifying recurring themes or patterns, and uncovering hidden traumas that may be contributing to current struggles or challenges.

I'll be guiding you through a process of exploration and reflection on your family histories, helping you to identify and make sense of the patterns that may be influencing your present present experiences. By fostering awareness and understanding of inherited family trauma, I support you in navigating the effects of past trauma and moving towards greater resilience, healing, and personal growth.
