Systemic constellations

Unveiling Hidden Dynamics: I embrace this profound method to illuminate unseen connections and patterns, paving the way for profound personal growth and resolution.

What topics can be analyzed systemically through constellations?

  • ill organs
  • symptoms
  • health issues
  • relationships
  • inner and outer conflicts
  • goals
  • life purpose/vocation
  • personal & professional development
  • self-sabotage
  • blockages
  • family issues & entanglements
  • work-related issues
  • financial topics
  • etc. - basically anything!

Working with me:

In a systemic constellation session, we explore together a wide array of topics, ranging from familial histories and interpersonal relationships to career aspirations and inner conflicts. By representing these elements spatially, we uncover subconscious patterns and entanglements that may be influencing your experiences.

From physical symptoms to existential dilemmas, systemic constellations encompass a broad spectrum of topics, offering a versatile tool for addressing various aspects of your life.

Furthermore, I would like to present two examples from my work and explain the connection between systemic constellations, astrology and spagyrics in more detail.

SYSTEMIC CONSTELLATIONS & ENERGETIC SPAGYRICS

What Sets Me Apart: Utilizing Plants as Representatives

In traditional systemic constellations, individuals typically represent family members or elements of a particular issue within a physical space. However, I have creatively redefined this approach by incorporating plants and animals as representatives, expanding the boundaries of exploration and insight.

EXAMPLE 1: Women's health

This client (see the icon in the center of the picture below as representative of her) has had a problem with menstrual irregularities and fibroids for many years and decided to tackle this health issue in a systemic constellation. For each topic she intuitively selected a plant from a collection of around 176 plants from the spagyric database, one of my most important work tools. Each plant name is written in red, in Latin, and with its main energetic message, its main use and the planets it corresponds to.

In the picture below, you can see the result of our systemic two-hour work.

In addition, the client received two individual spagyric formulas from me, tailored to her and the topic, which supported her in becoming more aware of the underlying aspects of her health issue.

This is a deep and intuitive coaching work and each step is of great importance as it brings to light the deeper meaning of this health issue which our logical mind refuses to accept.

The process of becoming aware begins with the first intuitive selection of plants; in this case, it was Imperatoria ostruthium which energetically represents the woman in relation to her topic "menstrual pain & fibroids".

What eye-openers were there for the client?

She realized that she had been focusing on her emotional pain all these years - Symphytum officinale & Thymus vulgaris - (some of it from her childhood, some of it even from past lives), which made her feel powerless, helpless, hopeless and gave no chance to change her life. She was trapped in a victim mindset. Therefore, she kept having experiences that basically mirrored back to her what she already believed about herself: "As a woman, I am powerless, helpless, and no one is there to hold me." Due to the repeated experience of terrible pain, she had lost her faith and belief that anyone or anything could "save" her - Alchemilla vulgaris & Viola tricolor. As a result, she had rejected the feminine aspect of herself, at least the strong part of the feminine self - Fagopyrum esculentum & Brassica nigra. This rejection and the pent-up, repressed emotions of pain and suffering found their physical expression in the form of fibroids in her uterus. With the information about the first step to change direction - Vinca minor - she realized that she alone is the creator of her life. With her beliefs about herself and the feminine essence, she had created the life she was living. A painful realization, but an incredibly valuable one, because this was the only way she could turn things around and create the life she truly wants to live.

COMBININING ASTROLOGY & SYSTEMIC CONSTELLATIONS

The work can go even deeper if we include astrology & astromedicine here. The woman with the health problem above also complained of disorders with her stomach, digestion and skin. Just below, you can see her birth chart (I left out Chiron and Lilith here, but I DO involve them as well in my chart interpretations - in this chart Lilith builds a conjunction with Pluto, in the 4th House!).

If we take a look at her natal chart above, things become obvious"! The 4th House, which in astromedicine represents the womb and stomach among other things, is full of Saturnian and Plutonian energy. The Moon (the ruler of the 4th House), here in the 12th House, is in a conflictual constellation with Saturn (in the 4th House).

What amazed me in this systemic constellation was the fact that most of the plants which she had intuitively selected (see the constellation above) had to do with HER "problematic" areas: the skin, the female organs and the digestive organs. Interestingly, she also mentioned a "difficulty" to breathe, and a constant inner intranquility; some of the plants drawn are also responsible for the respiratory organs and the nervous system, such as Thymus vulgaris, Primula veris, Vinca minor, Valeriana officinalis.

SYSTEMIC CONSTELLATIONS WITH ANIMALS

EXAMPLE 2: Professional Development

Below is a fairly "simple" constellation with animals as representatives on the topic of dream job. In this constellation, the client intuitively selected animals that relate to her current professional situation, her dream job and the blockade that is preventing her from taking a chance on something new. She intuitively connected the key words she had written down with the selected animals and her topic.

We then looked at the beliefs and fears that prevent her from courageously following her own desired path. What would she have to "allow" herself to do in order to step into her own power and live her true potential? What expectations of her system prevent her from developing further? What does she "love" so much about staying in her current professional situation (and therefore "limited" and "small")? Which inner parts are holding her back from further development and which would support her in her development? What is she not ready to receive (abundance, success, recognition, expansion, etc.) that she is hiding behind a "boring" job? What is her system (family, partner, colleagues, team, etc.) doing to prevent her from changing?
All these questions were explored and clarified in our session, which provided some valuable insights.

This is a small excerpt from my work.

Personally, I never cease to wonder and be amazed at how well things fall into place when we trust, let the universe guide us, and stay connected to our true selves.
